You can make your return or exchange request sending and email to orders@polemoshop.com

You only need the order number and your email. Our team will help you to proceed with the retrun or exchange in less than 48 hours. Refunds are made in the original method of payment or through an IBAN number.

From the moment your order is received, you have 15 days to ask for your exchange or return.

For CHRISTMAS ORDERS we extend the return time till January 30.

Yes you can.

The terms are the same as online returns, you have 15 days since you received your order.

Items in perfect conditions and without signs of use will get a full refund of the item costs.

It is no possible to return items bought in the store via website. Only the products purchased online can be returned on the website.

Express Shippin (48h) is 7,95 €

(Balearic Islands 9.95€).

In case your order exceeds 180€, the shipping will be free.

If your order is destined for the Canary Islands, you may be subject to taxes or duties if the order exceeds 150€

Delivery times UK countries are 5-8 working days.

If your order exceeds 200GBP, shipping will be free.

The buyer will be responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the product.

Delivery times to other countries can be 10 working days.

Our logistics operator will contact you if there is a failed delivery to make sure you receive it as soon as possible.

There are two main reasons why you may not have received your order: 

Wrong address: we recommend checking if the provided address is correct.

UPS will try up to two times to deliver the package. Then, they can leave it in a parcel shop. 

If the order cannot be delivered and is being returned to the sender, we will issue your refund once the package has been received at our warehouse.
